Support Scripts
This page contains information about the various support scripts and tools used in the gastroenterology projects.
GSheet Lambdas
We use AWS lambdas connected to DynamoDB to populate the GSheets whenever a new entry is added and also to change the label uploaded status at the end of the procedure recording.
We use gspread version 5.11 for interacting with the sheets and you can refer to the docs for setting it up: https://docs.gspread.org/en/v6.1.4/.
Dataset Tracker
We also have a script for tracking the video upload status for the procedures whose labels are collected. The documentation for it is present at: https://github.com/Amrita-Medical-AI/server-infrastructure/tree/main/dataset-tracker
